I then hold a meeting with the teacher to share my observations and make recommendations.

Upon finishing the meeting, I create a curriculum based on the student’s preferred teaching style. Generally, I observe each class after a few months of teaching the new curriculum to see how the class responds to the coursework and to make necessary adjustments.”


3.     What are the key elements you include in the curriculum?
